Today that the Philippines is regarded as the No. 1 desired destination for outsourcing voice solutions world-wide, the Philippine call center sector needs to risk-free its place and raise further. ‘‘Sustaining the Lead, Expanding Opportunities” is the theme for this year’s International Call Center Convention and Expo 2011, the leading event of the Call Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), to be put on on Aug. 2-3 at the SMX Conference Center in Pasay City.
CCAP is the business group that signifies 72 global and native contact centers functioning in the Philippines. Currently on its seventh run, the International Contact Center Conference and Expo is the market largest gathering of contact center professionals, attracting 7,000 summit international delegates and present guests from all over the world.
‘‘With the Philippines now described as the universal innovator for outsourced voice providers, the Global Contact Center Convention and Expo is a great platform to present community trends and share best practices,” CCAP president Benedict Hernandez said in a press affirmation.
Organizers said the conference and expo features a varied mix of speakers and panelists from within and outdoor the call center service industry, guaranteeing a rich learning experience. It also offers a venue to multilevel with important stakeholders in the profession, which includes government representatives, professionals, buyers, correspondents, analysts, vendors, and service solutions.
One of several highlights of the convention is CCAP’s ‘‘State of the Industry” document. “This year is particularly exceptional since CCAP is enjoying its tenth anniversary,” Hernandez said.
The exposition, however, will present the industry’s latest alternatives from the top providers, suppliers, and service providers, such as call center systems, software applications, telecommunications commercial infrastructure, office space and gear, hiring and coaching, and peripheral services. Call center conference set August 2 to 3, 2011 in Manila.
